Sweet Potato Fruit Cobbler

  1 1/2 cups Adluh Sweet Potato Biscuit Mix
  1/2 cup Margarine
  1 cup Milk
  4 cups Canned pie filling
  1/2 cup Sugar
  to taste Cinnamon or Nutmeg

 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Mix the biscuit mix with sugar and milk. Spoon this mixture over the margarine. Ladle the fruit over the top and stir. Bake for 35 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
