Shirley's Grits Casserole

  1 cup Adluh Stone-ground Yellow Grits
  1/2 cup Sharp cheedar cheese shredded
  1 cup Sausage
  4 Eggs
  to taste Salt & pepper

Prepare grits per package, season well with salt and pepper. (Keep stirring, no lumps!) Cook sausage until well done; drain and towel off as much grease as possible. Mix the cheese and eggs. Stir in the sausage and grits. Pour into lightly sprayed glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 until brown on the bottom. Drain/pat off grease before serving. Cut into squares. Can be frozen.
